It's very rare, but problems can come up.  We have a very sophisticated phone system.  During business hours, phone calls are distributed throughout the office and simultaneously to our staff in the field.  In addition, the voice mails you leave are eMailed to your contact after you hang up.  

A quick response is important to us.  Try it out, give us a call, leave a message if necessary and see how fast we respond.
